| Many houses in Pattaya have their swimming pool in the front or side of the house. This bungalow has the pool in the rear of the property which gives you total privacy from neighbours and people passing by. Secure covered car parking is at the front of the bungalow.
The private tropical garden surrounding the pool is perfect for sunbathing and has an outdoor shower to cool off under and is great for a quick wash before and after a nice refreshing swim. When you want some shade from the hot sun, relax on the patio terrace at the front of the bungalow or on the patio terrace by the poolside. European kitchen The European style hand built kitchen, with ample granite work tops (5 meters) and fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, rice cooker, blender, electric vegetable steamer, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, lots of crockery and a good selection of pans are also provided and a ceiling fan to keep you cool while you create some gourmet delights. |

A convenience store is less than a 4 minute walk from the bungalow which stocks many of your day to day basic items including alcoholic beverages. Also, just minutes away next to the communal pool is a clubhouse with a bar and restaurant serving delicious Thai food and English food.
The bungalow is located in a new secure estate with CCTV and 24 hour security.
There is also a 20x10 meter communal pool set in its own gardens with toilet and shower facilities and a well equipped communal gymnasium, both, just a short walk away.
The holiday home is available all year round. Changeover dates flexible, changeover times. Arrivals 13.00hrs. Departures 11.00hrs. Rental includes garden & pool maintenance.
